Yokomo – Curved Steering Slide Rack/Bulkhead for YD-2E series   

This is the slide rack type steering/bulkhead set that further enhances the cornering level of the YD – 2E series.

The slide rack adopts a roundly (curved) shape derived from repeated test runs. It eliminates the tie rod interference at the maximum turning angle which was a straight type negative point, controllability is high even at deep drift angle, and traveling with margin is possible.

Moreover, by mounting the slide rack main body in the forward inclination, it is finished so that the angle change of the tie rod with respect to the horizontal plane at the time of steering operation is suppressed, and stable cornering characteristics are obtained over the entire break angle.
